- Standard postal delivery EMS (within Russia and worldwide)

How does a standard delivery service work?
We try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard shipment policy for orders is 3-4 business days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) of placing your order and sending it to our shipping partner.

How can I track my delivery?
After your order has been shipped to the shipping company, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the postal service website where you can see the delivery status.

Yes, we offer international shipping to our customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
On our website you can safely and easily pay by bank debit or credit card.
We accept most debit / credit cards for online payments, including Visa, Mastercard. Online payments are processed securely through Robokassa.com
When will my card be charged?
When you place an order on our website, you will be charged immediately after placing your order.
Will there be a transaction fee?
We do not charge any additional transaction fees. However, in some exceptional cases, your card issuer may withhold fees for international purchases made outside the customer’s country or place of residence, in foreign currency or not. This amount is independent of us and we cannot offer refunds for these transaction fees. Please see your bank’s Terms and Conditions for providing bank cards for more details.
Exchange and return
Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.
How to exchange or return an item?
- Pack all items in new and unused condition in their original packaging and attach a short letter with information stating the reason for the exchange or return.
- Submit your postage paid package to our address. Send us an email request and we will send you the mailing address to return your order to.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your package.
Keep your return receipt until you receive confirmation of the return. As soon as we receive your shipment, we will send you a confirmation email. If you would like to receive a refund, you will receive it within 14 days after we receive your return.
Subject to our general terms, we will not reimburse return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the shipping cost from the refund if your order had free shipping.
If an order is canceled, lost, or not delivered to your specified location, we will refund the full order amount including all shipping costs if paid online.
